These resources are also for Community Health Workers who teach puberty in schools. When you place your order, please note that you are a Community Health Worker. Your parcel will be specially addressed, noting that it needs to be retained for your session.

ORDERING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Q. I can’t access your order website due to my school’s firewall. How can I order?
A. Please email your request to [email protected]

Q. I didn’t receive a validation code email so I couldn’t continue with my order.
A. Check in your junk email box. Then please check you have entered the correct email address and, potentially, try again. If this does not work, please email us at [email protected] and we can assist in processing your order.

Q. Why won’t my validation code work?
A. Click on the link in the validation email to take you back to the page to enter your code rather than copying and pasting it into the website.

Q. I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
A. Check in your junk email box. If you have any further problems, please email us at [email protected] and we can assist in processing your order.

Q. I didn’t order enough packs. How can I change my order?
A. To order additional packs, submit a new order with the additional packs you require for your school via the website.

Q. I ordered too many packs. How can I change my order?
A. Our Teachers Resource Centre can check the status of and update your order on the phone. Please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

Q. I ordered resources and would like to know where they are.
A. Delivery of orders can take up to 14 days. We pick, pack and dispatch next business day. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at [email protected].

Q. I made an order and received the student kits but no Teachers Resources?
A. You are able to download the resources here.

Q. We need more than 350 student samples.
A. To order more than 350 packs simply place a second order in the system or email us at [email protected]. If you experience difficulties in placing further orders, please email us at [email protected].

SCHOOL DATABASE

Q. Our school’s details aren’t correct on the website and I can’t edit the address fields. How do I change the school’s delivery address?
A. We use the official education database featuring registered NZ Post details. However, if your details are incorrect, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

TEACHER MATERIALS

Q. The resource materials are inappropriate.
A. The materials have been developed with the assistance of conservative teachers with the objective of providing impartial and factual information relevant to the syllabus for Years 6, 7, 8 and 9. If you have suggestions for materials, please feel free to email us at [email protected].

Q. I don’t agree with the content and I have much better ideas. How do I put forward a suggestion?
