How to use tampons

Lots of girls feel more comfortable using pads while they get used to having their period, but there are no rules. You can start using tampons straight away if you feel like it. Try using Mini tampons to begin with. When you feel more confident, there are different absorbencies you can try according to how heavy your flow is. Here’s a little run down to give you an idea of which U by Kotex® tampons are available in the U by Kotex® range:

• Mini tampons for when you have a light flow or in the first or last days of your period
• Regular tampons for medium flow
• Super tampons when your flow is heavy, particularly in the middle of your period
